Are you ready to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the FS Regulatory Management Consulting field? We are currently seeking talented individuals for a Senior Manager (future Director) position within a Big4’s Regulatory FS function for Financial Services (Business Consulting).

Whether you have a background in Credit Risk, Liquidity or Treasury or possess Subject Matter Expertise, we welcome your application. However, it is essential that you are content focused with an expert in high-quality delivery with a solid understanding of regulations and the relevant topics – Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk and Treasury (stress testing, credit process, process optimisation, regulatory controls etc).

Being part of the Regulatory FS Consulting practice, you will join an established, highly driven, and dynamic team working on some of the hottest topics across Credit, Liquidity and Treasury Risk areas. This role would suit someone who is driven towards becoming a Director in the near future with the leadership and delivery skills to grow a world class Regulatory FS Consulting team.

As Senior Manager (Business Consulting) – FS Regulatory you will:

• Track record Project execution in Regulatory Risk (Credit, Liquidity, Treasury) across Financial Services.
• Expertise in Capital Requirements, Compliance, Internal controls.
• Collaborate and build high-level partnerships with clients across the Swiss market
• Creating value propositions, GTM and advisor initiatives
• Operate as the nucleus both strategically and operationally across the team, providing outstanding leadership and driving success.
• Ensure quality of work through critical analysis and sanity checks with the appropriate project teams
• Lead presentations of key findings to C-level executives

As Senior Manager (Business Consulting) – FS Regulatory, you must have:

• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
• Track record of operating in Regulatory FS (Credit, Liquidity, Treasury Risk) within a Consulting firm ideally with focus on the Swiss market
• A desire and passion to achieve Directorship through performance, leadership
• Expertise in building long-term partnerships with clients with proven success in successful sales delivery
• Desire to work in an innovative, dynamic and forward-thinking team who strive to be “best in class”
• Fluent in English and German
