Any offers are controlled and closeCardd by the Recruitment Consultant
Real-time feedback. client is kept up to date on progress frequently throughout the process

Dedicated Account Manager (AM) & Researcher (R)
AM to integrate into communication channels - slack etc
AM has direct contact with hiring managers for requirement gathering
(AM/R) to source & supply CVs to specific roles and tracked
Interviews scheduled directly with hiring managers and aligned with HR
AM to look after ongoing workflow
AM/R will offer and close
Card candidates, plus manage the onboarding process
Monthly retainer fee for AM/R (12-month agreement)
Reduced placement/success fee on any fixed salary element
