The “metaverse” is best defined as a network of meaningful worlds, objects, identities and experiences that build on each other and the real world in ways that create economic value or provide fulfilling experiences. This network will unleash innovative businesses offering sophisticated digital assets, creating new jobs and expanding human opportunity.

However, all this potential remains largely unrealized due to technical, experiential, and accessibility challenges. In addition, the absence of a functioning technological and economic system that allows builders and creators to support one another's work means we are stuck with either very open and decentralized but non-functional metaverse frameworks that major companies can’t use or popular but fundamentally closed UGC gaming platforms with limited freedom to build major businesses on top of them. A fully realized practical metaverse ecosystem is a network of many actors, all with their own needs and interests, all of whom have to be able to credibly build real businesses.

Growth Marketing Manager

Your Mission

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives, managing relationships with key influencers, and planning impactful marketing events. The primary focus will be on innovating and executing growth-focused campaigns that resonate with the community and attract new audiences. The goal is to contribute to the development of a thriving Metaversal Economic Foundation ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Develop and execute growth-focused campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Identify and leverage key channels for targeted advertising to maximize reach and impact.
- Manage ads setup and optimization across digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
Influencer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key influencers in the Metaverse community.
- Collaborate with influencers to amplify the Foundation's message and increase brand visibility.
Marketing Events:
- Plan and execute impactful marketing events to enhance the Foundation's presence in the Metaverse.
- Coordinate logistics, partnerships, and promotional activities for successful event execution.
Innovation:
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in the Metaverse and digital marketing.
- Introduce and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new audiences.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure the delivery of world-class Web3 solutions.
Outsourcing Oversight: Effectively manage and communicate with outsource partners, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in growth marketing or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives and user acquisition.
Experience in managing relationships with Crypto influencers and executing marketing events.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms(Google ads, Twitter ads, Linkedin etc), analytics tools, and social media channels.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Logistics

Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000

Role Location

The company itself is a remote-first business, so you will have the flexibility to work in other locations throughout the globe.

Reporting Lines

This role will report directly to the head of marketing.
