• Must have a strong academic background, either holding a PhD or MBA degree, deally within the top 15% of your class.
• Extensive consulting experience is a must.
• Fluent in German.

Currently, we have exciting opportunities for candidates at the Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager/Senior Manager levels to join their Insurance practice. Our client is seeking individuals with a background in either the insurance or Banking industry or a specific Subject Matter Expertise. Regardless of the background, you must have demonstrated exceptional academic performance, ranking in the top 15% of your class.

Role Description:

The Principal Strategy Consultant will play a pivotal role within the Insurance or Banking practice and will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with high-impact client project teams, providing expert insights and guidance both on-site and independently.
• Taking ownership of select topics at the module level and supporting case teams that require deep expertise and a hands-on approach.
• Ensuring the quality of work by conducting sanity checks and questioning results when necessary, in collaboration with the project team.
• Proactively educating and updating clients about state-of-the-art technologies, methodologies, and tools that can bring value to their business, especially in the context of operations.
• Taking a lead role in presenting key findings to C-level executives.

Topic and Practice Development

• Contributing to the enhancement of methodologies, tools, enablement materials, and topic development in areas of expertise.
• Actively contributing to the company's intellectual capital through research and insights.
• Participating in and contributing to the publications within the Practice Area.
