They built their own product, a marketing platform designed to empower brands to understand, grow, and connect with their Web3 community. Offering robust web3 CRM, token creation, community analytics, and management tools, it facilitates user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This product provides insights into community activity and interactions, enabling brands to craft impactful campaigns and initiatives across multiple touchpoints. Whether acquiring new members or enhancing the experience for current users, it equips brands with the tools to prioritize their community and thrive in Web3.


We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the evolution of their web3 marketing platform. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can deeply understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

We are seeking a results-driven product manager to collaborate with cross-functional team sand ensure successful product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic product management and excel at transforming business goals into actionable product plans.


As a Product Manager you will:

  •  Collaborate with senior leadership and the product team to define and refine the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals and vision.
  • Drive long-term product roadmaps that position our platform as a leader in the Web3 space.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to understand their needs – using insight to shape strategic product decisions and new features.
  • Regularly engage with the broader team to ensure strategic alignment – presenting product updates and proposed plans.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into high-level requirements that guide product development. Prioritise features that deliver the highest value to customers and the business.
  • Partner with engineering, design/UX, marketing, BD & PM teams to ensure smooth product execution.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that the process is agile and iterative. Serving as a key communicator between cross-functional teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned on priorities, timelines, and product direction.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product performance, roadmap and strategy.
  • Define and track key performance indicators that measure the success of the product – using data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement and product strategy.

As Product Manager you should bring:

  • 3+ years experience of product management in web3, blockchain or related roles.
  • B2B SaaS experience with a strong emphasis in product strategy.
  • Good understanding of the web3 industry, web3 technology and a passion to learn more.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Strong experience with customer and market research, including trend analysis and competitive benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relational skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing tech environment is preferred.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results
