Web3 Sales Associate role:


Our client is building a solution that will set up a standard for anonymous and encrypted wallet to wallet communication.

As a motivated individual with a robust background in SaaS sales and familiarity with email marketing or marketing tech sales, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization. Your enthusiasm for web3 coupled with your sales expertise will be instrumental in driving the company success, offering an incredible opportunity to shape the future of digital communication and blockchain.


Key Responsibilities for the Web3 Sales Associate role:


  • Devise comprehensive sales strategies to explore new business avenues (B2B sales) throughout the entire sales funnel.
  • Actively manage and expand web3-specific sales channels.
  • Optimize and leverage our Hubspot CRM for enhanced sales performance.
  • Represent Ethermail as an industry leader at web3 events, both attending and hosting.
  • Create sales presentations and marketing collateral to bolster sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with diverse, remote teams to foster teamwork and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and oversee sales KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to drive growth.
  • Align sales efforts with the company's vision and goals by closely collaborating with the Head of Sales, Business Development, and IT teams.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and partnerships with founders and C-level executives of web3 and web2 companies across various verticals and sizes.


Skills and Qualifications needed for the Web3 Sales Associate role:


  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in SaaS, email marketing, or marketing tech sales is highly beneficial.
  • Profound understanding of Web3 and Crypto environments is imperative.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and team leadership.
  • Fluent in professional English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn.
