We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Researcher to join a dynamic and innovative web3 gaming company. As a UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our web3 gaming platform by defining and driving the product roadmap. You will play an instrumental role in guiding our product development process, ensuring we continue to deliver user-centric products that meet the evolving needs of our audience.

As a UX Researcher your responsibilities include:

Build, inspire and nurture a team of UX professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.

Conduct comprehensive user research, utilizing a variety of methods such as surveys, usability tests, interviews, and data analysis.

Translate user research findings into actionable insights, driving product design and strategy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders such as Product Managers and Engineers to ensure user-centricity in all aspects of our product design and development.

Advocate for the seamless integration of blockchain and gaming principles in our user experiences.

Be the voice of our users within the organization, championing the importance of user-centered design in all decision-making processes.

As a UX Researcher you should bring:

A degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience leading UX research teams.

A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX research expertise within the realms of blockchain, gaming, and product design.

Proficiency in a wide range of UX research methods and tools.

Exceptional ability to present complex research findings in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.

Proven ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
