We have partnered with a team of DeFi experts who are innovating new approaches to generate yield and passive income in the crypto industry.

This team is developing a platform that offers secure and top-tier DeFi products. The platform handles fiat-to-crypto on-ramping/off-ramping, bridging, staking, and compounding.

We are seeking a Tech Lead to join and guide this dynamic team.

Tech Lead Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to lead our technical team and drive our architectural vision. The Tech Lead will play a critical role in consolidating our existing platform and developing new features, as well as implementing data pipelines and analysis systems. This role offers a unique opportunity for a crypto-native leader with a passion for DeFi and startup experience to make a significant impact.

This is a hands-on role with a focus on coding, with potential for increased managerial responsibilities as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities for the Tech Lead Role:

- Lead all technical aspects, from system architecture to software development.

- Review and improve platform architecture for scalability, security, and performance.

- Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class team of developers and engineers.

- Guide the development of new features and enhancements.

- Manage the technical roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term objectives.

- Design and implement systems for data collection, storage, and analysis for real-time monitoring and optimization.

- Collaborate with the executive team on technical and product strategy.

Qualifications for the Tech Lead Role:

- Deep understanding and passion for Crypto and DeFi.

- Proven track record in startup environments.

- Extensive experience with PHP, JavaScript/Vue.js, systems design, architecture, and DevOps (AWS).

- Ability to lead and inspire technical teams.

- Experience building data collection and analysis systems; experience with machine learning models is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
