Social Media Specialist (Blockchain / L1-L2)




Social Media and Community Manager:


We are looking for a dynamic Social Media and Community Manager to join our team in the blockchain space. As an essential part of our mission to revolutionize the blockchain industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media and community strategies. Your role will involve building brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and maintaining a strong brand image.


1. Develop Social Media and Community Strategies:

  - Conceptualize and implement social media and community strategies across various channels.

  - Focus on boosting community engagement and increasing brand awareness.

2. Community Building:

  - Build, monitor, and grow vibrant online communities on platforms like Twitter, YouTube, Medium, and more.

  - Plan and create high-quality, engaging content, activities, and campaigns.

  - Respond promptly to comments and inquiries, identifying marketing opportunities and areas for improvement.

  - Report on feedback and online reviews.

3. Daily Interaction:

  - Engage meaningfully with the community and relevant stakeholders daily via official social media accounts.

  - Design creative social activities to drive community engagement and foster an active community.

4. Collaboration:

  - Collaborate closely with internal marketing and product teams to align social media and communication campaigns with overall marketing and product strategies.

5. Visual Content Production:

  - Work with the design team to create eye-catching visual content, including campaign posters, banners, community call slides, presentations, gifs, videos, and more.

6. Seek Opportunities:

  - Actively seek potential community-building opportunities, such as collaborations, media features, speaking engagements, and advertising opportunities.

7. Data Analysis:

  - Analyze engagement data and identify trends in community interactions.

  - Stay informed about social media trends and propose suitable campaigns to build the online community.

8. Performance Tracking:

  - Monitor campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  - Collect feedback from the community and provide regular reporting with analysis for continual improvement of social and community Return on Investment (ROI).


- In-depth knowledge of web3 and protocol/layer-2 ecosystems.

- Strong interest and passion for blockchain.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.

- Experience in community building, management, nurturing, and retention within layer-2 communities.

- Experience in creating high-quality visual content and running paid media campaigns is a plus.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and community management, especially on Twitter and YouTube.

- Outstanding copywriting skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and open-minded.
