We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Community Engagement Specialist to take the lead in shaping the project's social presence. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the project and their dynamic online community. Your responsibilities will include curating our social media content, managing growth initiatives, and coordinating with partners and team members to ensure a cohesive and engaging online presence.


In the role of Social Media Manager & Community Engagement Specialist, you'll be integral to their mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance their project's online presence and brand awareness.
  • Cultivate and curate engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms.
  • Foster community engagement by actively participating in discussions, responding to inquiries, and organizing interactive events.
  • Drive growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for audience expansion and implementing effective outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate special events, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to improve their social media efforts.
  • Maintain a strong online presence, showcasing your passion for the project and connecting with our community, using platforms such as Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram and Discord.


To truly excel in this Social Media Manager & Community Engagement Specialist role, we are looking for candidates who possess:


·       Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.

·       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong project management abilities, including the organization and coordination of events and campaigns.

·       In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

·       Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.

·       Experience using leading social media platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), Telegram and Discord.

·       Highly organized and detail-oriented.

·       Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
