**Job Role & Responsibilities:**

- Design and develop decentralized applications (dApps) on the Solana blockchain.

- Exhibit deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem and development tools (Anchor framework, Phantom, Solflare, etc.).

- Develop smart contracts/programs using the Solana programming language (Rust).

- Manage migration tasks and projects from the Ethereum ecosystem to Solana.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new features.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Work closely with team members and stakeholders, facilitating seamless transitions between projects and responsibilities.

- Report issues and identified risks to the team lead/CTO.

- Stay informed about the latest developments in blockchain technology and the Solana ecosystem.

- Review Pull Requests related to our projects and adhere to our contribution guidelines and Code of Conduct.

- Represent the company positively in all communications and interactions within the community and with customers.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- Proven experience in software quality assurance.

- Demonstrated work experience as a web3 developer with Solana.

- Proficiency in smart contract development on Solana and other blockchain platforms (Ethereum).

- Expertise in the Rust programming language, including its memory management models and concurrency patterns.

- Strong grasp of blockchain technology and decentralized systems.

- Familiarity with blockchain principles and the cryptographic foundations of cryptocurrencies.

- Experience with AWS and GitHub Actions (or CI/CD in general).

- Understanding of serverless architecture, event-driven architecture, and the SaaS application model from an engineering perspective.

- Sound understanding of dApp development processes and web3 concepts.

- Proficient with Git for code versioning.
