Senior Product Manager – Crypto, Tokenisation & Trading

We’re partnering with a high-growth digital asset infrastructure firm building an institutional-grade tokenisation and trading platform. This is a pivotal, senior product hire to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of next‑gen digital asset products used by enterprise and institutional clients.

The opportunity

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for tokenisation and trading, aligning to commercial goals and client outcomes.
• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritisation, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Turn complex market, technical, and regulatory inputs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Partner closely with engineering to deliver robust APIs, trading interfaces, order matching engines, and custody workflows.
• Drive the creation, issuance, and lifecycle management of tokenised assets and digital securities.
• Establish product metrics and feedback loops; use data to inform prioritisation and iterate quickly.
• Champion agile ways of working, experimentation, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage with clients and prospects to validate problems, refine solutions, and inform the roadmap.

About you

• 5+ years in Product Management with proven delivery of web3/crypto, tokenisation, or trading products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokenisation protocols, and crypto trading systems.
• Strong experience with trading concepts and platforms; exposure to trading APIs and matching engines is a plus.
• Track record building for institutional/enterprise users in fintech, market infrastructure, or digital assets.
• Skilled at simplifying complex technical and regulatory topics into clear product specs and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership; fluent in agile/scrum practices.
• Data-driven mindset; comfort with metrics, experimentation, and decision-making. SQL/API familiarity is advantageous.

Bonus points for

• Hands-on experience with tokenisation platforms (security tokens, asset-backed tokens, digital securities).
• Background in FX, cross-border payments/settlement, or digital custody.
• Success in startup/scale-up environments with fast iteration cycles.
