Product Marketing Lead – Web3 Gaming DAO
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Lead to join a dynamic and innovative web3 gaming company. As a Product Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for Conduct market research in the Web3 space to identify trends, customer needs, and competition. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, create compelling product positioning, plan marketing campaigns, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
As a community, they are passionate about crypto, gaming and are comprised of industry leaders and blockchain experts, who believe there are better ways to build distributed organizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Web3 technologies and a proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for their consumer-focused Web3 products.
As a Product Marketing Lead your responsibilities include:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the Web3 space. Share this data with our product teams and translate these insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates based on product strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer personas.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, events). Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events and partner meetings. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
As a Product Marketing Lead you should bring:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2C Web3, or blockchain industry. Bonus points if also a background in gaming.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and Web3 centric products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with a passion for developing unique marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry and adapt to changing market conditions.
