Gaming Growth Lead - Web3 - Remote
At Austin Werner we are contributing with a team of Game Experts building Web3 Games. We are seeking a Growth Leader with extensive experience in the Gaming Space to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, conduct a thorough market analysis, gain an in-depth understanding of our target audience, and effectively implement marketing campaigns to expand our player base.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Formulating and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for large-scale marketing campaigns, spanning various channels such as web, social, co-marketing, PR, influencer collaborations, paid acquisition, and platform relations.
- Collaborating closely with the product team to gather player feedback, contribute marketing and acquisition insights to the product roadmap, and ensure alignment across the team.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to the growth team, establishing clear objectives, and overseeing team performance.
- Campaign Management and Art Coordination
- Overseeing day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring timely delivery of all campaign elements, and collaborating with the art team to request, provide feedback on, and distribute marketing materials.
- Defining and tracking marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using internal tools and dashboards, reporting on progress towards growth objectives, and leveraging market data and player insights to guide marketing decisions.
- Developing a deep understanding of our player demographics, needs, and interests to inform marketing strategies and advocate for the player's perspective within the team.
- Brand Ownership and Collaboration
- Serving as the custodian of the game's brand identity, ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines, messaging, and art standards by both internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including community and partnerships, to identify and secure additional growth opportunities for the product.
- Periodically reviewing and updating marketing documentation and contributing to the enhancement of existing processes.
Qualifications and values for the Growth Lead Role:
- Effective Communication.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation skills in English.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale marketing campaigns and launching products, preferably within the gaming industry.
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities that contribute to the game's growth and scalability.
- The ability to represent the company professionally in meetings and communications with external stakeholders across various levels.
- Previous experience in the gaming and/or web3 sectors is advantageous, and a willingness to continuously expand knowledge in gaming, NFTs, and cryptocurrency is highly valued.
