Business Development Manager – Token Sales (focused on LATAM & South East Asia)
** This role is based out of Dubai but open to other locations aslong as you have a track record of Crypto Token sales into SE Asia and LATAM**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead token sales efforts across South East Asia and Latin America for a partner project supported by an UHNW backed business. This is a high-impact role focused on driving strategic sales initiatives, building relationships with crypto funds and institutional partners, and accelerating token adoption in emerging markets.
You will be responsible for core sales execution as the first sales hire, not just introductions or marketing support. The ideal candidate is a crypto-native salesperson (hunter) with a proven track record in token fundraising, community engagement, and regional market penetration across SE Asia and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute token sales strategy across LATAM and South East Asia.
- Identify and engage with crypto funds, exchanges, and strategic partners.
- Drive direct sales efforts to onboard investors and users.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and outreach.
- Represent the project at regional crypto events, conferences, and meetups.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform go-to-market strategy.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in crypto business development or token sales.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, tokenomics, and crypto fundraising models.
- Strong network in LATAM and South East Asia crypto ecosystems.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage investor relationships.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with or advising early-stage crypto projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with successful token launches or ICOs/IDOs.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in LATAM and SEA.
- Background in venture capital, fintech, or blockchain consulting.
- Understanding of non-custodial and decentralized financial solutions.
