We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their vibrant team.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of creating seamless, scalable, and user-centric designs that power this company’s suite of products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft world-class UI/UX, ensuring the highest standards in design innovation for Web3 consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement best-in-class user experiences across all product lines.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system to support product feature growth.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design rationale effectively.
• Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
• Ensure visual accuracy by QAing software and collaborating closely with engineering until product launch.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in building intuitive interfaces and shaping the company’s future products. Your role will ensure that design aligns with both user needs and business goals, driving impactful outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for consumer-facing products.
• A passion for crypto and Web3, with a strong understanding of trading products.
• Expertise in Figma and industry-standard design tools.
• Experience designing for web and mobile, with knowledge of responsive standards and design systems.
• A proven track record of delivering results independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystems.
• Experience designing trading platforms or financial applications.
• A background in Agile environments with collaborative workflows.
