We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer and Team Lead with a proven track record in software development and team management. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience as a developer, with 3+ years in a leadership role. You will play a crucial role in guiding a talented team, shaping their technology stack, and driving the development of innovative solutions. Your expertise in Java, TypeScript, and AWS will be essential in delivering high-quality software solutions, while experience in crypto and blockchain technologies will be a significant advantage.

As Senior Engineer and Team Lead you will be responsible for:

·      Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support career development for team members.

·      Technical Expertise: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions using Java, TypeScript, and AWS. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

·      Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.

·      Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the crypto and blockchain space. Identify opportunities for innovation and drive the integration of new technologies into our product offerings.

·      Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs

·      Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Provide effective solutions to challenges that arise during the development lifecycle.

As Senior Engineer and Team Lead you should bring:

·      Experience: 10-15 years of experience in software development with a strong background in Java, TypeScript, and AWS. At least 3 years of experience in a team lead or leadership role, managing a small team of developers.

·      Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and TypeScript. Deep knowledge of AWS services and architecture. Experience with crypto and blockchain technologies is highly desirable.

·      Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

·      Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

·      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
