As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling our backend systems. You will work closely with their product and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions that drive their blockchain and web3 initiatives. Your expertise will guide the development of high-performance applications and infrastructure to support their cutting-edge products.

As Senior Backend Engineer you will be responsible for:

·      System Design & Architecture: Design and implement scalable backend systems using TypeScript, Java, and AWS. Architect solutions that ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.

·      Blockchain Integration: Develop and integrate blockchain-based solutions and smart contracts, leveraging your experience in crypto, blockchain, or web3 technologies.

·      Database Management: Work with various database technologies to optimize data storage, retrieval, and management, ensuring data integrity and security.

·      Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold high coding standards.

·      Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless and high-quality user experiences.

·      Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain and web3 technologies. Propose and implement new features and improvements.

·      Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

As Senior Backend Engineer you should bring:

·      Experience: 7-15 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on TypeScript, Java, AWS, and various database technologies.

·      Blockchain Experience: 3+ years of experience working in the crypto, blockchain, or web3 space.

·      Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend development languages and frameworks, cloud services (AWS), and database management (SQL). Experience with blockchain platforms and tools is a plus.

·      Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

·      Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·      Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to peers.

Nice to Have:

·      Experience with additional blockchain platforms or technologies beyond Solana.

·      Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or active participation in the blockchain community.

·      Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
