As a driven professional with a robust history in SaaS sales and proven experience in email marketing or marketing tech sales, you will play a crucial role within our sales organization. Your enthusiasm for web3 and its possibilities, combined with your sales expertise, will be instrumental in steering the success of the project. Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive sales strategies targeting new business opportunities within the B2B sales landscape, covering the entire sales funnel.

2. Actively manage and expand sales channels specific to web3 technologies.

3. Optimize and leverage the Hubspot CRM system to enhance overall sales performance.

4. Represent the company as an industry leader by actively participating in web3 events.

5. Create compelling sales presentations and marketing assets to support sales initiatives.

6. Foster collaboration across diverse, remote teams to enhance teamwork and achieve results.

7. Monitor and manage sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilizing data-driven insights for strategic growth.

8. Work closely with the Head of Sales, Business Development, and IT teams to align sales efforts with the company's vision and goals.

9. Engage with founders and C-level executives of both web3 and web2 companies, establishing strong relationships and partnerships across various verticals and company sizes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.

- Highly advantageous to have experience in SaaS, email marketing, or marketing tech sales.

- Essential knowledge of Web3 and Crypto environments.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team leadership.

- Fluency in professional English.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork abilities.

- Proficiency in Hubspot, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn.
