Job Description: Web3 Frontend Lead

Company Overview:

Our client is building a no-code frontend platform for DeFi traders, offering a modular framework that adapts to user needs. It provides flexible, non-custodial middleware supporting various chains, bridges, money markets, and AMMs.

Responsibilities for the Web3 Front End Lead:

• Frontend Development: Lead the development using React.js, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Web3 Integration: Implement web3 functionalities using wagmi and Rainbow Kit. Integrate with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC) and Solana.
• Smart Wallet Management: Handle smart wallet interactions, account abstraction, gasless transactions, and meta-transactions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize React application performance, utilizing techniques like code-splitting and lazy loading.
• Testing and QA: Write unit and integration tests for React components using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Security: Implement secure key management and transaction signing, mitigating common web3 security risks.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work with designers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor the frontend team, making architectural decisions and guiding frontend strategy.

Qualifications required for the Web3 Front End Lead:

• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of web3 and blockchain technology.
• Experience with smart wallets, smart contracts, and blockchain integration.
• Proficiency in performance optimization and testing.
• Strong web3 security knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven team leadership experience.
