Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and construction of our Layer 1 blockchain protocol within the Cosmos network.
• Develop robust and secure smart contract frameworks and consensus mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and features.
• Mentor and manage a team of skilled blockchain developers.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technologies and continuously innovate our platform.
• Engage with the Cosmos community to align our protocol development with ecosystem standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in blockchain technology, particularly within the Cosmos ecosystem.
• Proficient in Golang and familiar with Cosmos SDK and Tendermint Core.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the development of blockchain systems, with a deep understanding of distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
• Proven track record of deploying smart contracts and developing on Layer 1 protocols.
• Ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal guidance.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing a team of developers.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
