KOL Operations Specialist – Web3/DAO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced KOL Operations Specialist to join a dynamic and innovative Ethereum Layer 2 solution. The successful candidate will be part of a pioneering project in the field of DAO-led L2 networks, with a focus on showcasing the potential of tokenized governance and fostering a more collaborative decentralized economy. The vision is to revolutionize the blockchain industry by providing scalable, efficient, and secure solutions for decentralized applications.

As the KOL Operations Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• Source and review for the right KOLs/influencers match for each campaign.
• Onboard and oversee day-to-day interactions with KOLs
• Define creative strategy for branded content, draft creative briefs and negotiate influencer/KOL deliverable agreements.
• Work with social media and business partners to identify new opportunities in KOL marketing field for Mantle, such as content co-creation, AMAs, etc.
• Produce and quality control branded content with influencers/KOLs to support milestone events (product launches, major marketing moments, etc.)
• Establish and well maintain long term relationships with valuable KOLs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Mantle Ecosystem to conduct KOL marketing activities to support business growth.
• Conduct data analysis of KOL performance to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.

As the KOL Operations Specialist you should bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in web3 marketing including community and influencer management
• Extensive network with Web3 KOLs with good account management skills will be a plus
• Motivated doer, self-starter, responsive team collaborator with a passion for all things crypto.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy with strong attention to details.
• A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or an equivalent field
• Position can be remote.
