We have an impressive Layer2 project who are seeking a talented interaction designer to join their innovative team. Your role will be crucial in creating engaging and user-friendly interactions through product development while also identifying areas for improvement during product testing.

To excel in this position, you should possess an intimate understanding of the design process and have excellent knowledge of the product life cycle. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our product development team, as well as consumers and other stakeholders, are essential qualities we value.

As an interaction designer within this Layer2 project you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Leading the complete design process, from conducting market research to conceptualizing and designing products for our company.
• Analyzing consumer behaviour to gain valuable user insights and identify opportunities to optimize product usability.
• Identifying defects or points of improvement during the product testing phase.
• Collaborating closely with our product development team to ensure our products align with both management and consumer objectives.
• Engaging with customers to measure product reception and gather valuable feedback.
• Staying up to date with the latest market trends and industry advancements to implement innovative technologies into our design process.

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an interaction designer or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of the product cycle and product design principles.
• Proficiency in interaction design software.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design, including sketching, color theory, texture utilization, and visual presentation.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary agile team.
• Familiarity with product design systems.
• Ability to conduct UX research and make informed decisions based on data.

Bonus points if you:

• Are living in CET±3.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in visual design, UX design, or a related field.
• Have strong experience with Figma.
• Can interact with a Living Styleguide.
• Have previous experience in the crypto industry, either professionally or personally.
