HR Operations & Administration Specialist (2-Month Contract)

As an HR & Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing HR-related strategies, plans, and objectives in line with our client's overall strategy. You will stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Human Resources strategies, systems, employment laws, and processes, ensuring that our client's HR practices are always cutting-edge.


HR Operations & Administration key responsibilities:


  • Develop and periodically update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and consistent implementation throughout the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, maximizing efficiencies and fostering innovation.
  • Oversee all operations of the Human Resources & Administration Department, ensuring alignment with our client's business direction.
  • Lead Organization Design & Development activities to support our client's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand HR requirements and issues, providing strategic solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of third-party service providers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with subordinates and third-party service providers to consolidate manpower plans and address staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and development plans aligned with our client's strategic direction.
  • Ensure that Grading, Compensation & Benefits Structures are competitive and in line with market standards.
  • Manage headhunting activities for senior management positions, attracting top-tier talent to drive our client's continued success.
  • Conduct thorough grievance and disciplinary investigations, recommending appropriate measures in cases of misconduct or underperformance.
  • Monitor the Finance function to ensure accurate and timely salary transfers to the bank.
  • Review and analyze reports on business metrics, KPIs, and other related matters, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Maintain effective relationships between the Human Resources & Administration Department and vendors and consultants, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
