Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention on the Crypto Exchange platform.

·      Create integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and events.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across all touchpoints.

·      Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.

·      Manage the marketing budget and optimize allocation across different marketing activities based on performance and ROI.

·      Measure and analyse marketing campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports to management and recommending strategies for improvement.

·      Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.

Requirements:

·      Proven experience leading marketing , across the Crypto landscape.

·      Strong knowledge of the Blockchain industry, Crypto, Payment Gateways market

·      Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.

·      Proficient in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.

·      Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving marketing objectives.

·      Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
