They are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives, managing relationships with key influencers, and planning impactful marketing events. The primary focus will be on innovating and executing growth-focused campaigns that resonate with the community and attract new audiences. The goal is to contribute to the development of a thriving ecosystem.

In the role of Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be integral to their mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

•  Strategic Growth Initiatives:
  • Develop and execute growth-focused campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Identify and leverage key channels for targeted advertising to maximize reach and impact.
  • Manage ads setup and optimization across digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
• Influencer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key influencers in the Metaverse community.
  • Collaborate with influencers to amplify the company’s message and increase brand visibility.
• Marketing Events:
  • Plan and execute impactful marketing events to enhance the company’s presence in the Metaverse.
  • Coordinate logistics, partnerships, and promotional activities for successful event execution.
• Innovation:
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in the Metaverse and digital marketing.
  • Introduce and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new audiences.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure the delivery of world-class Web3 solutions.
•  Outsourcing Oversight: Effectively manage and communicate with outsource partners, ensuring quality and timeliness.

To truly excel in this Growth Marketing Manager role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in growth marketing or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives and user acquisition.
• Experience in managing relationships with Crypto influencers and executing marketing events.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms(Google ads, Twitter ads, Linkedin etc), analytics tools, and social media channels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
