We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer Relations Manager to join a dynamic and innovative web3 gaming company. As a Developer Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with game developers, studios, and creators within the gaming and Web3 communities.

As a Developer Relations Manager your responsibilities include:

• Build and Strengthen Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with game developers, studios, and creators. Act as a trusted point of contact for all developer-related matters, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Developer Advocacy: Promote technology and solutions to developers and studios. Advocate for the adoption of our tools and technologies by showcasing their benefits and potential impact on game development.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance, support, and resources to game developers integrating our solutions. Assist developers in troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure smooth integration and implementation.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from developers and studios about our products, services, and technologies. Use this feedback to drive continuous improvement and development of our offerings.
• Understand Pain Points: Develop a deep understanding of the pain points, challenges, and needs faced by game studios in both traditional gaming and Web3 development. Use this insight to tailor our solutions and support accordingly.
• Community Engagement: Engage with the gaming and Web3 communities through events, conferences, webinars, and online platforms. Represent the company as a thought leader in the industry.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales, to align developer needs with company goals and initiatives.

As a Developer Relations Manager you should bring:

• 4+ Years of Game Development Experience: A strong background in game development is essential to effectively understand and address the needs of game studios.
• Web3 Experience: Familiarity with Web3 technologies, blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized systems. Experience with integrating these technologies into game development is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with developers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, ideally in a developer relations or similar role.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify pain points and challenges faced by game studios and provide effective solutions and support.
• Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between different roles as required by the situation.
