Data Analyst – Web3 Gaming DAO


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join a dynamic and innovative web3 gaming company. As Data Analyst, perform in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and trends. Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient ETL processes. Collaborate with teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

As a Data Analyst you will:

·      Perform comprehensive analysis of data to derive actionable insights and identify trends within our ecosystem.

·      Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from diverse sources.

·      Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to support data-driven decision-making.

·      Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and performance metrics effectively.

·      Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the Web3 and crypto space to provide strategic recommendations.


As a Data Analyst you should bring:

·      Bachelor's degree in field related to data science, marketing or analytics preferred; Master's degree in Data Science or Data Analytics a bonus.

·      Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with specific exposure to rapidly growing gaming or B2C companies; Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or decentralized technologies preferred.

·      Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and analyze complex datasets.

·      Familiarity with blockchain protocols (Ethereum) and understanding of smart contracts is highly advantageous.

·      Past experience setting up analytics tools like Google Analytics, HootSuite, SproutSocial, and/or other marketing analytics tooling.

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

·      AdOps experience with an understanding of concepts around attribution, fraud analysis, and user retention.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

·      Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
