Head of Product

Location: Remote, with flexibility for occasional in-person collaboration

Type: Full-time

The Role

Building in crypto is like walking on shifting ground. One moment, you’re laying the foundation for something huge; the next, market conditions (or a surprise bug) throw a wrench in the works. This company is looking for a Head of Product who thrives in that unpredictability—someone who’s excited to lead technical delivery while shaping products that users actually need.

This is a role for a builder. Someone comfortable juggling the big-picture strategy with the nitty-gritty of getting features out the door. You’ll be working on everything from improving the delivery pipeline to spearheading new features, all while ensuring the team executes at a high level.

The company’s DEX and crypto exchange are already solid—but they don’t want to stop there. They’re focused on growing, releasing features that matter to users, and staying ahead in the rapidly evolving world of blockchain. If you like the idea of getting in at a key growth stage, rolling up your sleeves, and steering products that make an impact? This could be for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own delivery pipelines for new products and updates, from idea to rollout. You’ll need to look at where things break down and figure out how to tighten the process.
  • Work with technical teams to understand constraints. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to speak their language well enough to make informed decisions and find good compromises.
  • Shape product strategy with a clear focus on delivering features that matter. You’ll balance technical feasibility, user demand, and business priorities—while staying flexible because, let’s face it, plans change.
  • Build new things. Whether it’s expanding the DEX functionality, adding tools for traders, or launching products tailored to specific markets, you’ll drive the process from concept to execution.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration. Part of this job is creating clarity and alignment, even when opinions differ (which they will).
  • Keep a close eye on crypto trends. User needs are evolving rapidly, and the team needs someone who’s plugged into what’s next in DeFi, tokenomics, or trading tools.
  • Measure success. Not everything launches perfectly, but it’s your job to hold the team accountable to meaningful metrics—whether that’s user growth, revenue, or platform performance.

Who You Are (or Could Be)

Nobody’s perfect, and they’re not looking for perfection. But they are looking for someone who can deliver when it counts and has a good mix of the following:

  • Strong background in product management with a focus on shipping technically complex software (crypto experience is preferred, but not mandatory if you’re sharp and willing to learn fast).
  • Experience leading delivery pipelines. You’ve worked closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to move projects from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with blockchain and DeFi. You don’t need to be Vitalik, but you should understand concepts like AMMs, liquidity pools, and scalability trade-offs.
  • A builder’s mentality. Big visions are great, but you know how to execute and iterate. You don’t let grand plans get in the way of progress.
  • Adaptability under pressure. Priorities can shift quickly in crypto. They need someone who keeps calm, focuses, and still finds ways to deliver quality work—even if the original plan goes out the window.
  • 4–6+ years in product or technical delivery roles. The title matters less than your experience juggling teams and shipping products.

Why Join?

This isn’t just a job. It’s an opportunity to be part of a growing company at a pivotal stage, shaping products that impact traders, liquidity providers, and crypto enthusiasts around the world.

You’ll be joining a lean, motivated team that’s serious about building tools people love to use. This isn’t a “coast along and wait for someone else to lead” kind of environment—it’s hands-on, collaborative, and fast-moving.

If you’re ready to take on a leadership role where you’ll balance technical challenges with user-focused product development, they’d love to hear from you.
