The company is developing an integrated platform that bridges crypto assets, real-world payments, and DeFi products, with an ambitious goal of becoming a leading global digital financial institution.

As the business enters an exciting expansion phase, it’s seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead strategy across fundraising, capital planning, and financial operations.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, the CFO will take charge of financial leadership, investor strategy, and long-term capital management. This is a position suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced fintech, digital assets, or high-growth startup environments — balancing hands-on execution with strategic vision.

You’ll partner with the executive team to shape the company’s global roadmap and play a visible role in fundraising, investor relations, and ecosystem expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial strategy supporting rapid international growth
• Drive fundraising across venture capital, family offices, and private investors
• Establish transparent and scalable governance frameworks across entities
• Manage global treasury, forecasting, and compliance for both fiat and crypto assets
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and risk management initiatives
• Evaluate and structure strategic investments and partnerships
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

First-Year Objectives

• Raise between $20M–$24M in growth funding and $50M+ in liquidity from private and institutional investors
• Establish a scalable financial and compliance architecture aligning with institutional standards
• Deliver a three-year financial roadmap integrating funding, product expansion, and token strategy
• Implement robust treasury and liquidity frameworks across multi-asset classes
• Support potential strategic acquisitions or partnerships to accelerate market positioning

About You

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in fintech, crypto, or high-growth technology businesses
• Strong track record in capital raising and investor relations (venture, Series funding, or token models)
• Deep understanding of digital assets, DeFi, and regulatory environments
• Excellent strategic and commercial judgment, with the ability to execute effectively under pressure
• Strong financial advisory network spanning venture capital and UHNW investors
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for reshaping the finance–crypto interface
