We're building the world's highest throughput EVM-based L1 blockchain. We seek experienced blockchain protocol engineers to join our founding core team, driving the design and development of our high-performance stack.

We aim to create a blockchain and protocols supporting on-chain services for a decentralized network of metaverses.

Your Role as the Lead Protocol Engineer:

- Design and implement our core L1 blockchain protocol.

- Optimize the core stack, identifying and enhancing key bottlenecks.

- Lead the project towards an external devnet and beyond.

- Support and operate the protocol post-launch.

- Stay current with blockchain technology advancements.

Requirements for the Lead Protocol Engineer:

- Experience building and launching L1 or L2 blockchains.

- Proficiency in C, C++, or Rust with professional experience.

- Background in high-performance software and networked systems.

- Ability to drive outcomes with high productivity.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
